Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery

We post all items via Royal Mail 2nd class with a certificate of postage within the UK, prices vary depending on the size and weight of the items purchased.

Our standard delivery charge at checkout for postage and packaging is for Royal Mail 2nd class 'small parcel' which is 45cm x 35cm x 16cm, up to 2 kg and is £3.50.

 

Exceptions

It doesn't happen very often, but if your item is over this size or weight due to multiple items, we may have to charge a little more to cover this.  We will get in touch if this is the case.

If you are purchasing a small item and we can fit it into a Royal Mail 'large letter' (35.3cm x 25cm x 2.5cm), we will do this for £1.20 (up to 100g), £1.70 (up to 250g) and £2.10 (up to 500g) and refund the difference from our Standard Delivery Charge (£3.50).  Don't worry, it will still be packaged with care to ensure your purchases make the journey safely.

International or Alternative UK options

We do offer alternative methods including international postage, however, costs and delivery options vary considerably.  If you are an international customer or UK customer wanting an alternative postage method, please get in touch to discuss and we can research the best option for you.  We have shipped internationally on several occasions and all items have arrived safely and without incident. 

 

Delivery Times

Although our Estimated Delivery Time states 7-10 working days, we endeavour to and more often than not are quicker than this.  If you have any urgent requirement for an item, please get in touch to discuss and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Packaging

All items are wrapped with care and should arrive safe and well.  If you have any problems with damaged items (we have very few breakages in transit despite it being glass) please do get in touch.  We try and use recycled or reused packaging as much as possible to help the environment, but will never sacrifice the safety of your purchases.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Fantastical Fusion, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to contact us and 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include a note explaining the reason why you wish to return the goods and your details.

Please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier.  We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

Please note the following items are exempt from being returned unless damaged;

  • Personalised or commissioned pieces.

  • Sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and this will be deducted from any refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

Late or missing refunds

We will aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned item.  You will then receive the credit within a certain amount of days, this can vary depending on your payment method.

Please allow up to 10 days before contacting us, as there is often some processing time between us issuing the refund and the bank/credit card company showing the refund in your account.

After the 10 days, please check your payment method account again and then contact your bank/credit card company.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
